Our habitats are very durable and designed last for years. They are warrantied for defects for 1 year from delivery. This does not include the consumables (carbon filters). Shipping We normally shipping out units from our NC facility via Fedex Ground in 1-2 business days, weather permitting. Delivery is usually less than a week, depending on zone. We do not ship outside the USA. If you need to make special shipping arrangements, simply contact our office and we will do our very best to accommodate your needs. Returns Customers may return product within 30 days of delivery. Contact us for a RMA #. 16.5% restocking fee applies. All returns should be send to Tar River Trading Post, 385 Fleming Road, Youngsville, NC 27596. Damages Any damaged or missing items should be reported to TRTPLLC@gmail.com within 48 hours. For items lost or stolen, please additional notify the carrier as well as our office. We do make an effort to have extra parts throughout the year, should they be needed.
